Kellogg's Wrexham
Roof Project
We are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repairs of the facility’s expansive roof. This includes regular power washing to keep the roof in optimal condition and making necessary repairs to ensure the structure remains safe and fully operational.
Grosvenor Estate
55 Bridge St. Restoration
We fully restored the face of this iconic Grade II listed building in Chester, including intricate woodwork, detailed carvings, and a complete paint overhaul. Our team worked meticulously to preserve the building’s historical features while revitalising its façade, ensuring it remains a standout piece of Chester’s architectural heritage.
Hawarden Estate
Glynne Way Cottages
We meticulously restored these early 19th-century cottages, repointing the brickwork with traditional techniques and replacing the slate roof to preserve their historic integrity with period accuracy. Inside, we undertook a full refurbishment, blending modern comfort with the timeless charm of these Grade II listed homes, ensuring that the heritage of the cottages remains while enhancing their livability for today.
